These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sabai & Co. website (sabaiandco.com) and the services described on it. Sabai & Co. is a brand of SWKM GmbH, Munich, Germany (see the imprint). By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
1. Who we are and what we do
Sabai & Co. provides information, organisation, preparation and coordination services for foreigners living in or moving to Thailand. We are not a law firm, tax advisor or licensed immigration lawyer, and nothing on this website or in our services constitutes legal or tax advice. Regulated services, including tax filing, insurance brokerage and licensed tour guiding, are provided only by licensed third parties and not by Sabai & Co. itself.
2. Services and quotations
Service scopes, plans and prices shown on this website are descriptions, not binding offers. Engagements are confirmed individually in writing. Government and third-party fees are not included in our fees; they are passed through at cost and quoted before each action.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. Immigration and other authorities decide applications at their own discretion; we prepare and support to the current known standard but cannot guarantee outcomes of official decisions.
4. Monthly plans
Compliance plans run month to month and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month. On cancellation we provide a summary of your tracked dates and status.
5. Liability
We perform our services with professional care. We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible and on which you may rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. We are not liable for decisions of authorities, banks or other third parties. Information on this website is general and may be outdated; check the date on each page.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to SWKM GmbH and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. If you are a business, the place of jurisdiction is Munich, to the extent legally permissible.
