We are an organiser and facilitator. We are not a law firm, a licensed immigration lawyer, a tax advisor or an insurance broker, and we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
We provide visa and immigration facilitation and document support, relocation and setup services, recurring compliance handling, and related coordination. Regulated services, such as legal advice, tax filing, insurance and licensed tour guiding, are delivered by licensed third-party partners whom we coordinate on your behalf with your authorisation.
Service fees are as quoted to you or as set out in your plan. Government and third-party fees are passed through at cost and are quoted before each action where practicable. Plan fees cover our tracking and handling, not official charges. All fees are exclusive of applicable Thai taxes unless stated.
Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance and are month to month. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, and we will return a summary of your status. One-off services are quoted and payable per engagement. Refunds for work already performed or government fees already paid are not generally available.
You agree to give us accurate, complete and timely information and documents. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate or late information, or by changes in government rules or decisions outside our control. Immigration, tax and licensing decisions rest with the relevant authority or licensed professional, not with us.
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of licensed third-party partners, government bodies, or for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
